I must have had too much Sam Adams during the Christmas festivities and forgot to send a Merry Christmas to those overseas standing the watch. As a veteran who stood the watch overseas quite a few times I want to say Thank you and keep up the good work. You are not forgotten.

Can I, as your TFCO, add my wishes to everyone, your friends and your family for a very happy holiday season and hope that Christmas has been good for you all. I want to say that it has been a pleasure to be on this simulation to oversee the transition and
it is a pleasure to have seen all the hard work that is going on, this simulation has become very active in posting in the short time since the changeover of command.

I am loving the posts that you are all writing together and I hope that keeps going into 2013 as you get bigger and better. Please also think about those who can't be with their loved ones this holiday season for whatever reason, especially those who are having Christmas without their loved ones for the very first time, this is especially important to me as this is the second Christmas I am having without my mum.

But back to good things; I hope you all have a great holiday season, please all stay safe when you are travelling, eat lots of good food, enjoy the company you are with, wherever you are and I look forward to our continuing work into the future
